Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me enough time to offer that spot to another client on my waitlist. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice there will be a 75% charge or if you no call no show, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. No acception sorry!
